Mercedes AMG GT aims to compete with the Porsche and Ferraris, done the German way. But in case the regular AMG GT's 450 HP or the GTS 503 HP doesn't tickle your fancy and the 575 HP GTR rides a little too hard and the boy racer look does not quite fit your image. The folks at Mercedes created the AMG GTC which has 550 horse power, wider rear fenders almost 3 inches to accommodate the bigger rear 12 inch wide wheels in order to handle the extra power and a retractable rear wing for the time when downforce is needed at triple digit speed. They also included lane tracking and dynamic plus. Transmission is reconfigured to get better acceleration and top speed. Also of importance is the rear wheel steering which steer opposite to front wheel at low speed to enhance the feel and at speed above 60 it steer in the same direction as the front for added cornering force and stability. At an msrp price nearing $170,000 this 4900 mile car in perfect condition is a great saving on basically a new car. It will have all tools, books and accessories. New car warranty is good till December 2022 or 50,000 miles and it is fully transferrable.
